How Long Does Shipping Take?

U.S. Shipping Addresses: Takes approximately 10-15 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Please be advised that due to COVID, some delays beyond the indicated timeframes may occur.

International Addresses: Outside of the U.S., it takes 3-5 weeks to receive your order, as we cannot control any unexpected delays.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

U.S. Destinations: Your order will be based on carrier calculated rates from USPS. Free domestic shipping if your order total is over $75.00.

International Destinations: Your shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Returns And Exchanges

If you're not in love with your purchase, we will accept return items within 14 business days from date of delivery. TLW is not responsible for return shipping fees except for wrong items received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is out of stock or canceled prior to shipping. Items received after 14 business days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. TLW will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear. Returns that do not meet our policy and items received after 30 days from date of delivery will not be accepted. An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received and processed by TLW along with your credit information. All items marked as final sales are final. No refunds will be issued for those items.

Return Procedure

Enclose the original packing slip from your package, find the item(s) that you are returning and write down the quantity you are returning next to each item. You can also briefly state the reason for your return below the item. Ship the item back to the address on the package or your packing slip. If you have lost your packing slip, you can also print out one of the emails we sent you with the list of items you ordered.

Please allow us 1-2 weeks to process your return once TLW receives them.

All items returned will be inspected before a refund is issued.

When Can I See My Refund?

If one or more items on your order are out of stock, please allow around 5-7 business days to see the refund on your bank/credit card statement. For returns, please allow 2-3 weeks to see refunds on your bank/credit card statement.
